396Hz is a Solfeggio frequency used to help cleanse the root chakra. On a physical level it can alleviate anxiety, stress, and pain at the base of the spine where it's located. On an emotional level it can liberate you from fear, guilt and past trauma. When the root chakra, your foundation, is balanced you experience more joy, feel grounded and live more in the present moment.

432Hz is the frequency of ancient sites like Stonehenge and the Pyramid of Giza. Its healing properties are shown to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, lower blood pressure and heart rate. Some say it releases emotional blockages in the body, aligning you with the heartbeat of the universe.

528Hz is a personal favorite because I use this tuning fork in all of my Sonic Acupuncture sessions. It is a Solfeggio frequency known as the 'love' frequency that is present in all of nature. It's been used by the ancients to heal, bless and manifest miracles. It was used to cleanse the water after the BP oil spill with amazing results! Its calming effect reduces stress and anxiety. Most interestingly is its healing influence on our DNA. Acoustic scientists have shown 528Hz boosts our DNA's ability to absorb more UV light, which is important for healthy functioning and repair.
