Terms & Conditions
The Living Light Collective (LLC) is an ongoing monthly membership designed for Path to Wholeness graduates who wish to continue their transformational journey.
Membership Investment: $111/month, cancel anytime
What's Included:
Bi-monthly Living Light Collective group calls (2x/month, 60-90 min)
Weekly Sanctuary sessions (30 min)
90-day Intention Upgrades (ongoing)
WhatsApp community access
Portal access to all session replays
One quarterly 1:1 session at $150 (discounted member rate)
Additional 1:1 sessions at $180 (member rate)
Automatic early-bird/member pricing on all workshops
First access to new offerings
Members may cancel their membership at any time by managing their subscription directly through the Podia platform. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
Upon cancellation:
Access to the member portal, group call recordings, and Sanctuary session recordings will be removed
Any unused quarterly 1:1 discounts will be forfeited
Any unused sessions from purchased session packages will be forfeited (see Session Package Terms below)
Access to the WhatsApp community will be removed
Members may rejoin at any time by subscribing again, but previous session packages purchased at legacy rates will not be reinstated.
Members receive one (1) discounted 1:1 session per quarter at $150 (regular member rate is $180).
Terms:
Discount is available once per calendar quarter (Q1: Jan-Mar, Q2: Apr-Jun, Q3: Jul-Sep, Q4: Oct-Dec)
No rollover - unused quarterly discounts expire at the end of each quarter
Must be scheduled and completed within the eligible quarter
Subject to standard 24-hour cancellation policy (see Section 5)
LLC members may purchase additional 1:1 session packages at member rates. Session packages are offered in bundles of 6 or 10 sessions.
Current Offerings::
Legacy Rate: 6 sessions for $900 OR 10 sessions for $1,500 ($150/session)
Available when joining LLC or renewing an existing package
Members who purchase at legacy rate may renew at this rate as long as membership remains active
Standard Member Rate: 6 sessions for $1,080 OR 10 sessions for $1,800 ($180/session)
Available to members who did not purchase legacy packages at checkout
Legacy pricing is available to founding LLC members and may be renewed at the legacy rate as long as the member maintains active membership and the legacy tier remains available. Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. reserves the right to update pricing tiers with 30-day notice to current members.
Session Package Terms:
Non-refundable: All session package purchases are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Non-transferable: Sessions cannot be transferred to another person or sold.
Expiration: Sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase.
Membership requirement: You must maintain active LLC membership to use your purchased sessions. If you cancel your membership, all unused sessions are immediately forfeited with no refund.
Cancellation policy: Same 24-hour cancellation policy applies (see Section 5). No-shows count as used sessions.
For All Private Sessions (Quarterly Discounts & Session Packages):
Members must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule private sessions
Sessions not rescheduled with 24 hours notice, or if the Member arrives more than 10 minutes late, will be considered a "no-show" and the session will be forfeited/counted as used
Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. will make good faith efforts to maintain scheduled times and will communicate any necessary changes as far in advance as possible
While Membership is Active:
Members have full access to all Living Light Collective group call recordings
Members have full access to all Sanctuary session recordings
Members have access to the member portal, WhatsApp community and all resources
Upon Membership Cancellation:
Access to group call recordings will be removed
Access to Sanctuary session recordings will be removed
Access to the member portal & WhatsApp community will be removed
Members retain lifetime access to their personal 1:1 session recordings from Path to Wholeness (provided as downloadable links)
In the event of serious illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, Members may request a temporary membership pause. This will be considered on a case-by-case basis with compassion and flexibility.
To request a pause, email bree@breedellersonlac.com with details of your situation. Bree is committed to working with you to find solutions that honor both your healing journey and life's unexpected challenges.
Note: Pausing your membership does not extend session package expiration dates. Sessions expire 12 months from original purchase date regardless of pause periods.
Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. agrees to hold the Member's personal and sensitive information in confidence and will not disclose it to third parties without permission, except as required by law.
Members agree to maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' sharing in group sessions and community spaces.
Group sessions and Sanctuary sessions are recorded and provided to Members through the member portal.
The Member's email address will be added to Bree's mailing list for program updates and general communications. Members may unsubscribe at any time but are solely responsible for staying informed about program details, schedule changes, quarterly discount codes, and important announcements. Bree is not responsible for information missed if members choose to unsubscribe or do not engage with emails.
The Member grants permission for their image, voice, and testimonials to be used in Bree's marketing materials during group sessions.
If Bree wishes to use excerpts from private 1:1 sessions for educational or marketing purposes, written permission will be requested from the Member first.
Members may opt out of general recording permissions by notifying Bree in writing at bree@breedellersonlac.com.
The information and services provided in the Living Light Collective are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or psychological disorder and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
This membership is not psychotherapy or counseling. Professional referrals will be provided if needed.
Members should not stop seeing healthcare professionals or stop using prescribed medications without consultation with their healthcare provider.
Members understand that this work focuses on vibrational health, conscious creation, and energetic clearing. Results vary with each individual and cannot be guaranteed. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and should not be viewed as promises or guarantees of results.
By participating in this membership, the Member agrees that they and their family members will hold harmless Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. for any real or perceived harm that arises as a result of this membership.
In the event the Member uses the information for their own health, they are prescribing for themselves, which is their constitutional right, and for which Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. assumes no responsibility.
The Member understands that Bree will rely on clinical judgment during the course of guidance, based upon the facts known at the time, to determine what is in the Member's best interest. The Member understands that results are not guaranteed.
The materials, training, and resources provided through the Living Light Collective are the intellectual property of Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. and may not be reproduced, shared, resold, or exploited without written permission.
Members may use these materials for their personal growth and healing but may not distribute them to others.
Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. may update membership elements, scheduling, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice to Members. Continued participation after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of changes.
These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable purchase agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Bree Dellerson, L.Ac. regarding the Living Light Collective membership.

By subscribing to the Living Light Collective and/or purchasing session packages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
This is a living agreement, created in service to the unfolding of the Living Light Field and those it is meant to reach.
